The Human Resources Office is located in Killeen City Hall, found at 101 North College Street. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except the last Wednesday of each month when the office will close at noon for training.

The mission, vision and values of the Human Resources Department are aligned with the mission, vision and values established by the City of Killeen City Council.
