Court Operational Hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Customer Service Arraignments Monday-Wednesday & Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
* Jury Trials 2nd and 4th Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Bench Trials 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Teen Court 2nd, 4th Tuesday 4:30 p.m.
* Juvenile Court Every Wednesday 2:30 p.m.
 

The Court is usually closed the second Friday of each month from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. for training.

* = Cases are scheduled when defendant appears at the Court Building on or before their appearance date on the ticket.
Telephone inquiries

The Killeen Municipal Court of Record will make every attempt to timely respond to your telephone call. We will try to answer your questions during business hours. There are some days when we are especially busy and our response may be delayed. It may be necessary to leave a message for a return call. Please leave a message only once; repeatedly calling back slows down our staff and creates a logjam of messages. We receive hundreds of calls a month, but we make every effort to return calls promptly.

There are some issues that cannot be resolved by phone. The law requires that certain requests be made in writing. For example - you must request in writing or in person a continuance of your trial, a court setting date and time, payment arrangements, a change in your time payment account.

The IVR, interactive voice recognition, is now active. To check the status of your offense, call 254-634-1084, select option #2. Please have your ticket number available. For several tickets please list each ticket number separately.
