Martinez is wanted on a warrant for the Murder of Joseph Chad Stewart that occurred on 10/6/2002 at 815 W Avenue D in Killeen. Martinez is alleged to have stabbed Stewart after an altercation. Martinez is believed to have fled to Mexico.
